- other dating, relationship and personal-reflection subjects.
5.4 Vault entries may include:
- a prompt number;

- other organisational or explanatory information.
5.5 The number of prompts included at the point of purchase will be the number stated on the Sales Page at that time.
5.6 Where the Sales Page advertises more than 1,500 prompts, this refers to the number of qualifying prompts intended to be available in the Vault at the relevant point in the promotion.
5.7 Samples, screenshots and demonstrations are intended to illustrate the style, content and organisation of the Vault. The layout may change as the Vault develops.
5.8 We may edit, correct, replace, reorganise, combine, remove or reclassify Content where reasonably necessary to:
- correct an error;
- remove duplication;
- improve quality or usability;
- address safety or legal concerns;

6. Relationship between Online Dating UK and onlinelad
6.1 Online Dating UK is the promotional and editorial brand associated with this edition of The Smart Ask.
6.2 onlinelad is responsible for:
- administering the promotion;
- arranging and processing the sale;
- providing the Stripe payment facility;
- supplying the Vault access link;
- handling payment and access enquiries;
- maintaining or arranging access to the Vault; and
- providing customer support relating to the purchase.
6.3 References to Online Dating UK on the Sales Page do not change the identity of the legal seller identified in clause 1.5.
6.4 A complaint concerning payment, access or fulfilment should be directed to onlinelad through onlinelad.com/contact/the-smart-ask-oduk.
7. Technical requirements and compatibility
7.1 To purchase and access the Vault, you will generally need:
- a working internet connection;
- a compatible computer, tablet or mobile device;
- a current web browser;
- a valid email address;
- the ability to open a Google Sheets document; and
- access to a compatible AI assistant if you wish to use the prompts.
7.2 The prompts may be suitable for use with services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other capable general-purpose AI assistants.
7.3 Your purchase does not include an account or subscription with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google or any other third-party service.
7.4 Third-party providers may impose their own account requirements, subscription charges, age restrictions, usage limits, geographical limitations, content policies and terms and privacy practices.
7.5 We do not guarantee that every prompt will generate identical results across every AI assistant, AI model, version, device or account type.
7.6 You are responsible for checking that your chosen device, browser and AI assistant are suitable for your intended use.
8. Placing an Order
8.1 The Sales Page and Stripe checkout will display the principal characteristics of the Vault and the total purchase price before you submit payment.
8.2 You are responsible for checking your Order and correcting any errors before making payment.
8.3 By selecting the payment button, you confirm that:
- you are placing an Order with an obligation to pay;
- you agree to these Terms;
- you have reviewed the product description and price;
- you understand that the Vault is digital content; and
- where immediate access is requested, you give the consent and acknowledgement described in clause 12.
8.4 Submission of payment does not necessarily mean that your Order has been accepted.
8.5 A contract is formed when Stripe confirms that your payment has been successful and the Vault access link is made available to you, whichever occurs later.
8.6 If we cannot accept or fulfil your Order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
9. Price and currency
9.1 The price payable is the price displayed at Stripe checkout when you place your Order.
9.2 Where the Sales Page advertises a limited-time price of $7.99, that price applies only while it remains available through the relevant checkout.
9.3 The price may be displayed and charged in United States dollars.
9.4 If your bank account, card or payment method uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency, use its own exchange rate and charge a foreign-exchange or international-transaction fee.
9.5 Currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
9.6 The total price displayed at checkout will include any tax that we are legally required to collect, unless the checkout clearly and lawfully states otherwise.
9.7 We may increase, reduce or otherwise change the price for future Orders.
9.8 A later price change will not affect an Order that has already been accepted.
9.9 Unless required by law, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference if the Vault is later offered at a lower price.
10. Payment through Stripe
10.1 Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
10.2 Stripe may collect and process your payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.
10.3 onlinelad does not ordinarily receive or retain your complete payment-card details.
10.4 You must not submit a payment method fraudulently or without the payment account holder’s permission.
10.5 If payment is rejected, reversed, charged back, cancelled, identified as unauthorised or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or withdraw access while the issue is investigated.
10.6 Clause 10.5 does not prevent you from exercising a genuine statutory right or raising a legitimate payment dispute.
11. Delivery of the Vault
11.1 The Vault is supplied entirely in digital form. No physical product will be posted or delivered.
11.2 Following successful payment through Stripe, the Stripe payment confirmation page will display a link to the Google Sheets document containing the Vault.
11.3 The Vault is considered made available when the access link is displayed on the successful payment confirmation page.
11.4 You should select the link immediately after payment and open the Google Sheets document.
11.5 You should then save or bookmark the Vault in your browser so that you can return to it later and view future additions.
11.6 You should also retain the Stripe payment confirmation, any Stripe receipt, the email address used for payment and any order or transaction reference.
11.7 If you close or leave the Stripe confirmation page before opening or saving the Vault link, visit onlinelad.com/contact/the-smart-ask-oduk.
11.8 When contacting support, you may be required to provide your name, the email address used for payment, the payment date, the Stripe payment or transaction reference and other reasonable information needed to verify the purchase.
11.9 Provided that your purchase can be verified and your access has not been suspended or terminated under these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to restore access.
11.10 We are not responsible for a delay caused solely by an incorrectly entered email address, failure to retain payment information, closing the payment confirmation page without opening the link, loss of a bookmark, browser or device settings, loss of internet access or a third-party platform outage.
11.11 Clause 11.10 does not remove our responsibility to provide the digital content in accordance with the contract or your statutory rights.
11.12 We may change the access link or move the Vault to another platform where reasonably necessary.
11.13 If the Vault is migrated, we will take reasonable steps to provide existing eligible Buyers with replacement access instructions.
12. Immediate access and cancellation rights
12.1 If you are a Consumer purchasing online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel a digital-content contract within 14 days after the contract is made.
12.2 The Vault is intended to be supplied immediately after successful payment.
12.3 Before immediate digital access is provided, you will be asked to expressly request that supply of the digital content begins before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that once supply begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel.
12.4 Supply begins when the Vault access link is made available on the Stripe successful payment confirmation page.
12.5 Once supply has begun following the express consent and acknowledgement described in clause 12.3, you will no longer have a statutory right to cancel merely because you have changed your mind.
12.6 If you do not provide the necessary express consent and acknowledgement, we may delay access until the cancellation period has expired.
12.7 Where your cancellation right remains available, you may cancel by submitting a clear cancellation request through onlinelad.com/contact/the-smart-ask-oduk.
12.8 You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but you are not required to do so.
12.9 Nothing in this clause affects your rights where the Vault is faulty, materially inaccessible, materially misdescribed, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for an agreed purpose or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.
13. Refunds and statutory remedies
13.1 We do not ordinarily provide change-of-mind refunds after immediate digital supply has begun and the statutory cancellation right has been validly lost.
13.2 This does not affect your statutory rights.
13.3 If the Vault does not conform to the contract, applicable consumer law may entitle you to a remedy such as restoration of access, repair or replacement of the digital content, a proportionate price reduction or a refund where the law provides one.
13.4 To report a problem, visit onlinelad.com/contact/the-smart-ask-oduk.
13.5 Your enquiry should include the email address used for payment, your payment or transaction reference, a clear description of the problem, the device and browser used where relevant, and any useful screenshot or error message.
13.6 We may request reasonable information required to investigate, verify and resolve the issue.
13.7 A discretionary goodwill refund does not create a right to the same remedy in another case.
14. Meaning of Lifetime Access
14.1 “Lifetime Access” means continuing access to the purchased edition of the Vault for the operational lifetime of that edition, subject to these Terms.
14.2 Lifetime Access includes:
- the prompts available in the Vault when you purchase;
- eligible prompts subsequently added to the same Online Dating UK edition; and
- reasonable updates, corrections and reorganisations made to that edition.
14.3 Lifetime Access does not mean:
- guaranteed access for the entire natural lifetime of the Buyer in every possible circumstance;
- guaranteed operation of Google Sheets forever;
- guaranteed use of the same URL, platform, layout or delivery method forever;
- access to every future Smart Ask product or edition;
- access to products created for other websites, industries or subjects;
- access to a future membership, course, application or service unless expressly stated;
- an entitlement to transfer, share or resell access; or
- an obligation for us to operate the Vault where continued operation becomes unlawful or technically impossible.
14.4 We will not arbitrarily discontinue the Vault merely to avoid providing Lifetime Access.
14.5 We may rename the Vault, reorganise its Content, replace Google Sheets with another platform, change the access URL, alter the visual presentation or migrate Buyers to a replacement delivery system, provided that we take reasonable steps to preserve substantially equivalent access.
14.6 If we permanently discontinue the Vault for reasons within our reasonable control, we will, where reasonably and technically possible, provide advance notice, provide an opportunity to retain or download the then-current Content for permitted personal use, provide substantially equivalent replacement access or offer another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
14.7 Lifetime Access may end earlier if you materially breach these Terms, share or distribute the Vault, resell or commercially exploit the Content without permission, your payment is lawfully reversed or refunded, your use creates a material legal or security risk, or termination is required by law, court order or a competent authority.
15. Weekly additions and updates
15.1 The Vault is intended to be a growing resource.
15.2 New prompts are intended to be added to the Vault each week.
15.3 Weekly additions do not amount to a promise that a fixed minimum number of prompts will be added every seven days, additions will always be made on the same weekday, every week will contain a separate update or every requested subject will be covered.
15.4 Updates may occasionally be delayed, grouped, rescheduled or paused because of quality-control requirements, editorial review, legal or safety review, holidays, staff availability or illness, technical problems, Google or Stripe outages, platform migration or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15.5 A temporary delay in an update does not affect your access to the Content already supplied.
15.6 New prompts added to the same Online Dating UK edition will ordinarily be included in Lifetime Access.
15.7 A separate Smart Ask edition, product, specialist collection, service, membership, application or course may be sold separately.
16. Licence granted to you
16.1 Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Vault.
16.2 Unless a separate written commercial or multi-user licence is expressly granted, access is licensed to one individual Buyer.
16.3 You may browse and search the Vault, copy individual prompts into a compatible AI assistant, personalise prompts for your own circumstances, save reasonable extracts for private reference, use the prompts for lawful personal reflection and communication support, and use AI-generated responses for lawful personal purposes subject to the relevant AI provider’s terms and third-party rights.
16.4 We do not claim ownership of personal information that you enter into an AI assistant or rights in generated output that a relevant AI provider validly grants to you.
16.5 Your licence relates to use of the Vault. It does not transfer ownership of the Content or the Vault itself.
17. Prohibited sharing and distribution
17.1 You must not, without prior written permission:
- share the Google Sheets link with another person;
- share access to the Vault publicly or privately;
- publish the Vault or a substantial part of it;
- copy the Vault into another spreadsheet, database, document or website;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend or distribute the Vault;
- include the prompts in another paid or free prompt library;
- reproduce a substantial part of the Vault in a book, course, membership, application or digital product;
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract the Vault;
- use automated software to copy or download the Vault in bulk;
- remove ownership, copyright or branding notices;
- circumvent access or security controls;
- falsely claim ownership or authorship of the Vault; or
- assist another person to carry out a prohibited activity.
17.2 The Google Sheets link is provided solely for the Buyer’s personal access.
17.3 If we reasonably believe that a Vault link has been shared or published, we may change or disable that link, investigate the source of the disclosure, suspend the relevant Buyer’s access and provide unaffected eligible Buyers with a replacement link.
17.4 Reasonable quotation of a limited extract for genuine review, criticism or another legally permitted purpose is not prohibited where the use is lawful and appropriately attributed.
18. Prohibited use of prompts and output
18.1 You must not use the Vault or AI-generated output to impersonate another person, deceive someone about your identity, engage in catfishing, harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk someone, manipulate or coerce someone, obtain sexual, emotional, financial or romantic engagement through deception or pressure, expose or obtain private information unlawfully, facilitate identity theft, fraud or blackmail, evade dating-platform safety controls, discriminate unlawfully, generate abusive, exploitative or illegal material, infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or engage in any unlawful or harmful activity.
18.2 You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of a dating platform complies with that platform’s terms and community rules.
19. Intellectual property
19.1 The Vault and its Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
19.2 Except for material expressly identified as belonging to another person, intellectual-property rights in the Vault belong to us or our licensors.
19.3 The purchase price pays for the licence described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Vault or its intellectual-property rights.
19.4 Online Dating UK, onlinedating.uk.com, onlinelad, onlinelad.com, The Smart Ask, associated logos and associated product names and visual identities may be protected as trade marks, trading names or brand assets.
19.5 You must not use these names, logos or identities in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, approval or endorsement.
20. Artificial intelligence limitations
20.1 The Vault supplies prompts for use with third-party artificial intelligence services that we do not control.
20.2 AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, biased, inappropriate, based on unsupported assumptions or unsuitable for your circumstances.
20.3 You must review and assess AI-generated output before relying upon it, sending it to another person, publishing it or using it to make a decision.
20.4 You remain responsible for your dating choices, your messages and communications, your personal safety, respecting consent and boundaries, protecting personal information, checking facts, adapting generated wording to sound like you, and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
20.5 AI-generated output should not be treated as proof of another person’s thoughts, feelings, motives, intentions, honesty, mental health, personality or future behaviour.
20.6 The Vault is designed to support thought and communication. It cannot provide certainty about another person.
21. No professional advice
21.1 The Vault is supplied for general information, personal reflection, communication support and entertainment.
21.2 It does not provide legal advice, medical advice, psychological or psychiatric advice, therapy or counselling, safeguarding advice, financial advice or any other regulated professional service.
21.3 The Vault is not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.
21.4 Where a situation involves abuse, coercion, stalking, threats, exploitation, immediate danger or serious mental-health concerns, seek appropriate professional or emergency support rather than relying upon an AI response.
22. No guarantee of dating results
22.1 We do not guarantee that using the Vault will result in more dating-platform matches, a reply to a message, a successful conversation, a date, a second date, reconciliation, a relationship, improved compatibility, a particular response from another person or any specific personal, social or financial outcome.
22.2 Dating outcomes depend on matters outside our control, including the preferences, circumstances, behaviour and decisions of other people.
22.3 Prompt titles, buyer benefits and descriptions explain the intended purpose of a prompt. They do not guarantee that the intended result will occur.
23. Privacy and personal information
23.1 Personal data relating to your Order and support enquiries will be processed in accordance with the onlinelad Privacy Policy.
23.2 Stripe and Google operate independently and process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
23.3 You should review the privacy settings and terms of your chosen AI assistant before entering personal information.
23.4 Do not enter information into an AI assistant that you do not have the right to use or disclose.
23.5 You should avoid entering unnecessary passwords, payment-card information, account credentials, precise location details, intimate images, medical information, confidential work information, private messages belonging to another person or information that could place you or someone else at risk.
23.6 Where possible, anonymise the names and identifying details of other people before supplying context to an AI assistant.
23.7 We are not responsible for the way a third-party AI provider independently processes information that you submit to it.
24. Google Sheets and other third-party services
24.1 The Vault is initially delivered through Google Sheets.
24.2 Google Sheets is a third-party service and is not controlled by Online Dating UK or onlinelad.
24.3 Access may occasionally be affected by Google maintenance, internet interruption, browser compatibility, changes made by Google, temporary outages, account or security settings or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
24.4 We do not guarantee that Google Sheets will remain the permanent Vault Platform.
24.5 We may migrate the Vault to another service where reasonably necessary.
24.6 A third-party outage does not remove our obligation to take reasonable steps to provide access in accordance with the contract.
25. Suspension and termination
25.1 We may suspend access where we reasonably believe that the Vault link has been shared, the Vault is being copied or redistributed, automated extraction tools are being used, payment has been reversed or identified as unauthorised, your use creates a material security or legal risk or you have otherwise materially breached these Terms.
25.2 Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for suspension and provide an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.
25.3 We may terminate access immediately for a serious or deliberate breach, including commercial redistribution, systematic copying, fraud, public sharing of the Vault link, attempts to defeat access controls or unlawful use.
25.4 Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
25.5 If we terminate access without a lawful or valid contractual reason, your statutory rights and remedies remain available.
26. Our responsibility to Consumers
26.1 We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
26.2 Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the breach or if both parties knew it might occur when the contract was formed.
26.3 The Vault is supplied principally for personal and private use.
26.4 If you are a Consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, business opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill.
26.5 We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot be excluded, deliberate misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
27. Business purchases
27.1 This clause applies only where you purchase the Vault wholly or mainly for business purposes.
27.2 Unless we provide a separate written commercial or multi-user licence, the purchase remains a personal, single-user licence.
27.3 A Business Buyer must not distribute the Vault to employees, contractors, clients, customers, members or other users.
27.4 Subject to clause 26.5 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to a Business Buyer for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or indirect or consequential loss.
27.5 Subject to clause 26.5, our total aggregate liability to a Business Buyer arising from the purchase or use of the Vault will not exceed the amount paid by that Buyer for the Vault.
28. Events outside our reasonable control
28.1 We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
28.2 These circumstances may include a widespread internet outage, a Google or Stripe outage, a cyberattack, a natural disaster, industrial action, government restrictions, serious illness, interruption of essential infrastructure or another event that could not reasonably have been prevented.
28.3 If such an event affects delivery or access, we will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and restore or replace access.
28.4 Any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law will continue to apply.
29. Changes to the Vault
29.1 We may make reasonable changes to the Vault to correct errors, improve quality, improve organisation or usability, address legal or safety concerns, respond to changes in AI technology, maintain compatibility, replace outdated Content or remove duplicates.
29.2 We will not intentionally remove the essential nature of the purchased product without a legitimate reason and an appropriate remedy where required by law.
29.3 The total prompt number may change where prompts are added, corrected, consolidated, replaced or removed.
30. Changes to these Terms
30.1 The Terms applicable to your original purchase are the Terms made available when your Order was accepted.
30.2 We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of a change in law, regulatory guidance, a security issue, a platform or delivery change, a change that benefits Buyers or a necessary clarification.
30.3 We will provide reasonable notice of any material change affecting existing Buyers where appropriate.
30.4 We will not use a change to these Terms to remove a material right already purchased unless the change is required by law or is reasonably necessary to address a serious legal or security risk.
31. Complaints and support
31.1 All support enquiries, delivery problems, complaints and cancellation requests concerning the Vault should be submitted through onlinelad.com/contact/the-smart-ask-oduk.
31.2 Please include your name, the email address used for payment, your Stripe payment or transaction reference, the payment date and a clear explanation of the issue.
31.3 We may request additional reasonable information needed to verify your purchase or investigate the matter.
31.4 We aim to acknowledge genuine support requests within [FIVE] business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.
31.5 We encourage you to contact onlinelad first so that there is an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
31.6 This clause does not prevent you from obtaining independent consumer advice or exercising a legal right.
32. Governing law and courts
32.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
32.2 If you are a Consumer resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
32.3 If you are a Consumer resident in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts or, where legally permitted, the courts of England and Wales.
32.4 If you are a Consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts or, where legally permitted, the courts of England and Wales.
32.5 If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
32.6 Nothing in these Terms removes a protection that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
32.7 If you purchase solely as a Business Buyer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise in writing.
33. General provisions
33.1 If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
33.2 A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
33.3 These Terms, together with the Sales Page, checkout information, payment confirmation and any document expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement concerning your purchase.
33.4 Nothing in clause 33.3 excludes liability for fraud or prevents legally binding pre-contract information from forming part of the contract.
33.5 A person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except where expressly stated otherwise.
33.6 Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
